General Terms and Conditions of Mail Order Manuel Singer:

I Scope:
a. The general terms and conditions (GTC) of the online trade and mail order business Manuel Singer (hereinafter seller) apply, even if they are not referred to again. Any terms and conditions other than those contained herein will only be effective with my express written acknowledgment. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to every sale and delivery of my trading company to consumers or entrepreneurs (hereinafter customers). In addition, the General Terms and Conditions apply to follow-up transactions, even if they are not referred to.

II Conclusion of contract and obligation to perform and deliver:
a. In principle, the seller only delivers within the European Union. Everything else must be requested specifically and requires a commitment from the seller.
b. The seller's offers do not constitute binding offers to the customer. Orders only become binding if the seller expressly gives an assurance.
c. The legally binding contract is formed based on the customer's order by completing and confirming the online ordering process and a promise or execution of the order by the seller.
i.e. If delivery fails due to force majeure or other problems for which the seller is not responsible, the seller can withdraw from the contract. In this case, the customer has no right to compensation. In such cases, however, the customer will be notified immediately and any payments made to date will be refunded.
e. Partial deliveries can be made unless the customer is clearly not interested or it is clearly not reasonable.

III Prices and terms of payment:
a. The prices shown at the time of the order apply, as shown on the website.
b. It will only be delivered against prepayment. Therefore, the payment is due immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
c. The customer agrees to delivery via the shipping route, unless something else has been expressly agreed.

a. In principle, the consumer is entitled to a right of withdrawal, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
b. Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail) or by telephone without giving a reason.
c. The withdrawal period for consumers is fourteen days from the day on which the buyer or a third party named by the buyer who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
i.e. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal must be communicated immediately by means of a clear statement of the decision to:

Manuel Singer
either by letter to the following address: Rosengasse 8, 2521 Trumau, Austria
or by email to the following address: Manuel.singer@mjs-coins.eu
or by calling the following number: 43660/3653919

e. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the buyer to communicate his intention to exercise his right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
f. If the buyer withdraws from the contract, all payments received from the buyer, including delivery costs, must be returned immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the online shop received the notification of the withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that was used by the buyer in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed by mutual agreement. Under no circumstances will fees be charged for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until the seller has received the goods back and in the event of obvious damage to the object of purchase, the seller can claim compensation from the buyer. In addition, the seller does not assume the costs and risks of returning the goods unless expressly agreed otherwise by mutual agreement. The return is therefore at your own risk. The return or return must be sent to the following address:

Manuel Singer
Rosengasse 8
2521 Truma
Austria

G. The buyer must return or hand over the goods to the seller without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which he was informed of the withdrawal from this contract. However, the deadline is met if the goods are sent before the period of fourteen days has expired.

V Warranty:
a. The seller's warranty in the event of a defect in the goods, as well as the seller's liability for damages, are based on the statutory provisions.
b. Each delivery must be checked immediately for its perfect condition and completeness. Defect(s) is/are to be asserted and proven as soon as possible after receipt of the products.

VII Liability
a. The seller is liable in the event of intent or gross negligence of any kind, in the event of intentional or negligent injury to life, limb or health.
b. In addition, the seller's liability in the event of grossly negligent behavior in his essential contractual obligation is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Essential contractual obligations are obligations that the contract imposes on the seller according to its content in order to achieve the purpose of the contract.
